  1. Warm your heat press to 280-300°F / 155-160°C.
  2. Apply with medium pressure for 9-13 seconds.
  3. Use a pressure of 6 KG.
  4. Allow it to cool for 10 seconds before peeling.
  5. Can be peeled either cold or hot.
