Build a UV DTF Sticker Sheet in Your Browser

Drag your designs onto a 22-inch-wide sheet, arrange them however you like, and we print and ship it. UV DTF stickers apply cold — no heat press, no oven. Peel, position, burnish, remove the top film. They bond to glass, metal, acrylic, wood, plastic and ceramic, so they are the right choice for tumblers, mugs, bottles, phone cases and signage.

They are not for fabric. UV DTF will not bond to a t-shirt — use Custom DTF Transfers by Size or the DTF Gang Sheet Builder for garments.

Per-sticker cost drops the more you fit on a sheet, because you pay for the sheet rather than per decal. A 22"×20" sheet packed with 3-inch stickers holds well over forty of them.

Artwork requirements

  • Format: PNG with a transparent background, 300 DPI at final size.
  • Line weight: keep strokes reasonably thick. Hairlines and text under about 6 pt can lift during application.
  • White: solid white areas print as white ink; transparent areas show the surface underneath.
  • Spacing: leave roughly 0.25" between decals so each one can be cut and lifted cleanly.

How to apply

  1. Wipe the surface with alcohol and let it dry completely.
  2. Peel the printed layer off its backing.
  3. Position it — on a curved tumbler, start at one edge and roll it on.
  4. Burnish the whole design firmly for 30–60 seconds with a squeegee or credit card.
  5. Peel the top film back slowly at a sharp angle.

Hand wash decorated drinkware; repeated dishwasher cycles will eventually lift the edges.
