  1. **Preheat:** Warm your heat press to a temperature range of 280-300°F (155-160°C).
  2. **Pressure:** Set the press to medium pressure, approximately 6 KG.
  3. **Press Time:** Press the design for 9-13 seconds.
  4. **Cooling:** Allow the design to cool for 10 seconds before peeling.
  5. **Peeling:** Can be done as a cold peel or hot peel, depending on your preference.
