Instructions:

  1. Select the sizes you want.
  2. Warm your heat press to 280-300°F (155-160°C).
  3. Apply medium pressure for 9-13 seconds (Pressure: 6 KG).
  4. Allow 10 seconds to cool before peeling.
  5. Peel off cold or hot, as per your preference.
