  1. Warm your heat press to 280-300°F (155-160°C).
  2. Place the transfer on your garment and apply medium pressure for 9-13 seconds with a pressure of 6 KG.
  3. Allow the transfer to cool for 10 seconds before peeling.
  4. Peel the transfer while it is still warm or cold, depending on your preference.
