Heat Press Setup: Warm your heat press to 280-300°F (155-160°C). Pressure should be medium at 6 KG for optimal adherence of the transfer to your garment. The pressing time is crucial; press the design onto your garment for 9-13 seconds to ensure it fully transfers. After pressing, allow the design to cool for 10 seconds before peeling.
