  1. Set your heat press to a temperature of 280-300°F (155-160°C).
  2. Apply medium pressure for 9-13 seconds.
  3. Use a pressure setting of 6 KG.
  4. Allow the design to cool for 10 seconds before peeling.

Note: This design can be peeled cold or hot, giving you flexibility in your application process.
