Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat your heat press to 280-300°F (155-160°C).
  2. Set the press to medium pressure for 9-13 seconds.
  3. Apply pressure at 6 KG.
  4. Allow 10 seconds for the design to cool before peeling.
  5. Can be peeled hot or cold.
