    • Temperature: Warm your heat press to 280-300°F (155-160°C).
    • Pressure: Medium pressure, approximately 6 KG.
    • Time: Press for 9-13 seconds.
  3. Cooling & Peeling: Allow 10 seconds to cool before peeling. This can be done as a cold peel or a hot peel.
