  1. Preheat your heat press to 280-300°F (155-160°C).
  2. Set the press to medium pressure for 9-13 seconds (approximately 6 KG of pressure).
  3. Allow the fabric to cool for 10 seconds before peeling.
  4. Choose between a cold peel or hot peel method for the perfect finish.
