  1. Preheat your heat press to 280-300°F (155-160°C).
  2. Set the pressure to medium, approximately 6 KG.
  3. Press the design onto your fabric for 9-13 seconds.
  4. Allow the design to cool for 10 seconds.
  5. Peel the film away from the fabric. You can choose to do a cold peel or hot peel based on your preference.
