Custom DTF Transfers — Printed From Your Artwork

Everything on this page starts with your file. You upload a PNG, we print it on film with CMYK + white ink, cure it, and ship you a finished transfer that only needs a heat press. No screens, no color separations, no weeding, no setup fee, and no minimum quantity.

Which option should you pick?

How our pricing works

Single transfers are priced by area — roughly 5.5 cents per square inch, with a $0.50 minimum. So a 4"×3" pocket print is $0.72, a 5"×5" is $1.38, a standard 8"×10" front print is $4.40, and a full 11"×17" back print is about $11.00.

Gang sheets are roughly three times cheaper per square inch. A 22"×20" sheet is 440 square inches for $7.20 — about 1.6 cents per square inch. Ordering that same area as individual transfers would run about $24. If you are printing more than two or three designs, build a gang sheet.

Gang sheet sizes

Every sheet is 22 inches wide; you choose the length. Short sheets start at 22"×5" for $1.99 and run up to 22"×200" for $69.99. Fill the space however you like — one design repeated fifty times, or fifty different designs. The price depends only on the sheet, not on how many graphics you fit on it.

Artwork requirements

• Format: PNG with a transparent background.
• Resolution: 300 DPI at the final print size. A 10-inch-wide print needs a 3000-pixel-wide file.
• Color: RGB is fine — we convert. Deep blacks and bright neons shift slightly, everything else prints close to screen.
• Transparency: anything transparent stays unprinted and shows the shirt. Solid white areas print as white ink.
• Thin lines and small text hold down to about 6 pt, but thicker strokes press and wash better.

Pressing your transfers

Preheat the garment 5–10 seconds to drive off moisture, position the transfer print-side down, press at 282°F (139°C) with medium pressure — 10 seconds on cotton and 50/50 blends, 6 seconds on polyester — then peel immediately while hot. Finish with a 5-second press under parchment for a softer hand feel. Presses vary, so test on a scrap of the same fabric first.

Turnaround and shipping

Orders placed before 2 PM CST print and ship the same business day from our Dallas, Texas facility. Local customers can pick up free in Dallas and Fort Worth. There is no minimum order and no setup fee at any quantity — a single transfer costs the same per unit as a thousand.

Frequently asked questions

What is a DTF transfer?
A direct-to-film print: your artwork printed on PET film with water-based ink and an adhesive powder, cured and ready to heat press. You get the finished transfer, not the equipment.

How is DTF different from vinyl or screen printing?
No weeding and no per-color charge. Photographs, gradients and fine detail transfer as-is. Read the full comparison on our DTF printing page.

What fabrics can I press on?
Cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, canvas and most performance fabrics, in any color. The white underbase keeps colors bright on black.

How long do they last?
Wash-tested past 50 cycles. Wash inside out, cold, tumble dry low.

Do you have a minimum order?
No, and no setup fee either.

Can I mix sizes on one gang sheet?
Yes. That is the point of the gang sheet builder — drag any mix of designs and sizes onto the sheet and it packs them for you.
