1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the B2B Business Plans (“Plans”) offered by DTF Center. By purchasing and using our Plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. B2B Business Plans

Our B2B Business Plans provide store credit and discounts to businesses that commit to purchasing a set amount of store credit upfront. The Plans are designed to offer significant savings and benefits on future purchases.

3. Store Credit

When you purchase a Plan, you receive store credit that can be used for future purchases. The store credit remains in your account until it is fully used. You can use it across multiple purchases over time.

4. Discounts

Upon purchasing a Plan, you will receive a unique discount coupon code. This code must be used at checkout to apply the applicable discounts. The discounts are applied only when the discount code is used. To ensure everything is set up correctly and to avoid any issues, it is recommended to email us at info@dtfcenter.com with your account details after purchasing a B2B plan to receive your unique discount coupon. Please note that these discount coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and are only applicable to the products listed under the Plan.

5. Non-Subscription

The B2B Business Plans are not monthly subscriptions. You make a one-time purchase of store credit. There are no automatic or recurring payments. You can purchase additional store credit whenever needed.

6. Refund Policy

If you request a refund for your store credit, the following conditions apply:

• Any discounts applied to previous purchases using the store credit will be reversed.

• The original price of the items will be recalculated.

• The difference will be deducted from your remaining store credit.

• Any remaining balance after this adjustment will be converted to cash and refunded to you.

To initiate a refund, you must contact our customer service team at info@dtfcenter.com.

7. Plan Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade your Plan, please contact our customer service team at info@dtfcenter.com. We will assist you with the process and ensure you receive the benefits of the upgraded Plan.

8. Use of Store Credit

To use your store credit, you must log in to your account, add items to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Under the Payment Method section, select “+ Add store credit” to apply your store credit to your purchase. Use your unique discount coupon code at checkout to apply the discounts.

9. No Expiration

There is no expiration date for the store credit. You can use it at your own pace, making it convenient for businesses with varying purchasing needs.

10. Combination of Discounts

The discount coupons provided with the B2B Business Plans cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers. They are only applicable to the products and services specified in the Plan.

11. Legal Rights

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Plans at any time without prior notice. By purchasing a Plan, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of the Plans or violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your Plan without a refund.
