Before taking any further action, please contact us if your purchase does not meet your satisfaction. We are committed to prioritizing customer satisfaction and will make every effort to address and rectify any concerns.

By confirming your order, you acknowledge our terms of service and are familiar with our shipping, return, and refund policies.

Refunds & Reprints

We adhere to a 45-day refund and reprint policy.

To request a refund or reprint, please contact us within 45 days of receiving your order. We will reprint any order with print quality or adherence issues, excluding cases involving poor quality files. Management approval is required for refunds or reprints for reasons other than print quality.

For orders containing DTF Transfers or UV DTF Transfers, it is crucial to follow the design requirements accurately.

Please ensure the accuracy of all details in your shipping address before placing an order and confirm the order details in the confirmation email sent after placing your order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 7 business days:

1. Double-check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

3. Reach out to your bank, as there might be processing time before the refund is posted.

If, after following these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
