DTF Printing Instructions:

  1. Set your heat press to 280-300°F (155-160°C).
  2. Apply medium pressure for 9-13 seconds (6 KG).
  3. Allow the sheet to cool for 10 seconds before peeling (suitable for cold peel/hot peel).

Important Notes:

  • Ensure your files are prepared and uploaded properly. Files larger than 22x250 inches may experience resolution or quality issues.
  • Orders with files uploaded and ready before 1 pm CST will be processed the same day – perfect for tight deadlines!

Heat Press Instructions

Pressure Setting: Set the heat press to medium pressure.

Temperature:

• For cotton and 50/50 blends: Set the temperature to 139°C (282°F).

• For synthetic or polyester fabrics: Set the temperature to 139°C (282°F).

Press:

• For cotton and 50/50 blends: 9 seconds.

• For synthetic and polyester fabrics: 6 seconds.

• Press the transfer to the fabric for the specified time based on the fabric type.

Hybrid Peel: Peel while still hot or after it has cooled, in one continuous, smooth, rapid motion.

For Enhanced Durability

• Cover the image with parchment paper after peeling the film off and press again for 5 seconds.

Iron-On Instructions

• Temperature: Set the temperature to the highest setting on your iron.

• Press for 20 to 25 Seconds: Apply even pressure to all parts of the design with the iron, pressing evenly for 20 to 25 seconds onto the garment.

• Hybrid Peel: Peel while still hot or after it has cooled, in one continuous, smooth, rapid motion.

DTF Print Aftercare Instructions

• Wait 24 Hours: Allow the print to set for at least 24 hours before the first wash.

• Wash Inside Out: Turn the garment inside out to protect the design.

• Cold Water Wash: Use cold water and a gentle cycle to preserve the print.

• Mild Detergent: Avoid harsh detergents and bleach. Opt for mild, color-safe detergents.

• Avoid Fabric Softeners: Do not use fabric softeners as they can degrade the print.

• Hang Dry: Air drying is recommended. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.

• Do Not Iron Directly: Avoid ironing directly on the print. If necessary, place a cloth over the design and use a low heat setting.
