To achieve the best results, warm your heat press to 280-300°F (155-160°C), apply medium pressure at 6 KG, and press the design onto your garment for 9-13 seconds. Allow the design to cool for 10 seconds before peeling. This process ensures that your garment showcases the stunning 'My Heart is on that Field' theme in the best possible way.
