Use the Log in link at the top of dtfcenter.com. Ship Direct is saved to your account, so your business details are ready for every order. No account yet? Create one in a minute.

Turn on Ship Direct
Flip the Ship Direct switch on the product page, or turn it on in your cart before checkout. There’s no extra fee.

Add your business details once
Enter the name to print on the label (up to 35 characters). A phone number and return address are optional.

Checkout: your email, their address
Enter your own email as the contact so order updates and tracking come to you. Put your customer’s address under Ship to, and we ship it to them.
Use your own email at checkout
Order confirmations and shipping updates go to that email, not to your customer.
Tracking comes to you
Pass it on to your customer under your own brand, whenever you like.
Returns come back to you
Add a return address and returned or undeliverable packages go straight to you.

What is blind shipping?
Blind shipping means a package ships straight to your customer without the supplier’s name on it. With Ship Direct, your business name is the sender on the label and there is no DTF Center branding in the box.
Does Ship Direct cost extra?
No. Ship Direct is free to use. You pay for your order and shipping as usual, and we ship it under your business name at no extra cost.
Will my customer see DTF Center anywhere?
No. The shipping label shows your business name, and there is no DTF Center logo, flyer or invoice in the box. Use your own email at checkout so order emails come to you, not to your customer.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Log in with the Log in link at the top of dtfcenter.com, or create a free account. Your business details are saved to your account, so you only enter them once.
Where do I turn on Ship Direct?
On the product page, or in your cart before you check out. Look for the Ship Direct switch.
Which email and address do I use at checkout?
Your own email in the contact field, and your customer’s address under Ship to. That way order updates and tracking come to you, and the package goes to your customer.
Who gets the tracking number?
You do. It is sent to the email you entered at checkout, so you can pass it on to your customer under your own brand.
Where do returns go?
To the return address in your business details. If you left it empty, returned or undeliverable packages come back to us and we’ll contact you.
Can I change the name or return address on the label?
Yes. Tap Edit next to “Shipping as” on the product page or in your cart and update your business details.
