To ensure optimal results, start by heating your press to 280-300°F (140-149°C). Apply a medium pressure of about 6 KG to marry the transfer to your garment for 9-13 seconds. Allow the transfer to cool for 10 seconds before peeling, which is compatible with both cold and hot peel methods.
