I recently purchased a Chinese DTF printer and I’m encountering alignment issues during the printing process. The colors and images are not aligning correctly, resulting in a blurry or misaligned output. What could be causing this problem and how can I fix it? Are there specific calibration steps or adjustments I should follow to ensure proper alignment?
Hi Mike which Rip software are you using?
Go to adjust from the menu of your Hosonsoft. Do the Head Space adjustment it will probably solve your problem and if you choke the white 1px you will get a better result.
@Mike Allen I am using a dtf printer epson L1800 and it's brand new I bought it in May. It has had complications since getting either it says white ink empty and doesn't print no matter what setting or the paper button blinks red and doesn't do anything so you have to shut off and turn back on. I have reset the ink pad and now today no matter what I do it will not print it keeps saying white ink out. Before I could mess with it reset it and turn it on and off to get a print out of it not now. Any idea what is happening.
